These Terms govern your interaction with Mahwah Chiropractic, including website use, insurance coordination, and clinical scheduling.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting clinical information, or scheduling an appointment via telephone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Insurance & Network Status
As noted in our insurance guide, we work with most providers both in and out-of-network.
However, it is the patient's sole responsibility to verify their specific network status, deductibles, and coverage levels with their insurance carrier prior to treatment. Mahwah Chiropractic is not liable for any discrepancies in benefit information provided by third-party insurers.
3. Office Hours & Schedule Changes
Our standard office hours are Mon, Wed, Fri (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and Tue (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
These hours are subject to change without prior notice due to holidays, emergencies, or clinical requirements. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by unexpected changes in office availability.
4. Features Designated as "Coming Soon"
Certain digital services, including the "Online Appointment Request" portal, are designated as Coming Soon. These features are currently inactive. Users should rely solely on our primary telephone number, (201) 529-9330, for all scheduling needs until these portals are officially launched.
5. Communication Consent
By contacting the office or providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications regarding your clinical care, scheduling, and billing. You may opt-out of non-clinical communications at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.
6. No Medical Advice
Content on this website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or a diagnosis. A doctor–patient relationship is only established after an in-person consultation and acceptance of the case by Dr. Bednar.
7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee at the clinic’s discretion.
8. Privacy & Security
